The IT department at Adjusters Asia has recently launched its Connect Live v. 1.0 customer relationship management (CRM) software, a web-based application that allows viewers to connect instantly - live and in real-time - with any of our staff (including support and customer service personnel) enterprise-wide.

Using complete open source technology - PHP ( Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL (Structured Query Language database) - our company is now able to provide live support and real-time customer service to any of its web site visitors at the click of a button - all without having to download and install any special software.

To connect live with our support staff on-line, follow the instructions below.

• Return to our Home Page and click the Live Support icon
• A chat window opens displaying a brief message from one of our staff
• In the top area of the window, create a session name for yourself
• In the bottom area of the window, type your message or question and then click Send to begin your real-time chat session with our support staff
