<p><span class="cm">Adjusters Asia, a developer of advanced technology for
the financial services industry worldwide, has recently launched its <span class="bold_i">Connect
Live v. 1.0 </span> customer relationship management (CRM) software, a
web-based application that allows viewers to connect instantly - in real-time
- with any of our staff (including support and customer service personnel)
enterprise-wide.</span></p>
<p><span class="cm">Using complete open source technology - PHP ( Hypertext
Preprocessor) and MySQL (Structured Query Language database) - our firm
is now able to provide live support and real-time customer service to
any of its web site visitors at the click of a button - all without having
to download and install any special software.</span></p>

or question and then click <span class="bold">Send </span> to begin
your real-time chat session</span></li>
