Using complete open source technology - PHP ( Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL (Structured Query Language database) - our firm is now able to provide live support and real-time customer service to any of its web site visitors at the click of a button - all without having to download and install any special software.

To begin using this feature, follow the instructions below.

• Locate a staff member's page by proceeding to our Contact Section
• Click the online icon found on that person's page
• This immediately launches a chat window
• In the top area of the window, create a session name for yourself
• In the bottom area of the window, type your message or question and then click Send to begin your real-time chat session
